Occasionally, my phone number becomes extremely popular.  Those occasions are usually preceded by either (1)the immediate threat of passage of anti-Second Amendment legislation or (2)tragic news of a mass murder.  Either of those two events nearly always serve as "short-term" wake-up calls to a population easily lulled into complacency by three or more consecutive days without a politician, with an imitation Hispanic name, proclaiming he will confiscate our guns, or without a murder in the headlines.

Will we ever really wake up?

Will we ever realize that Democrats and other similar forms of Socialist and Communist scum will never cease in their desire to disarm and leave defenseless the citizens of our Country?

Will we ever realize that too many of those who would provide spiritual guidance in our houses of worship care little, if at all, about the mortal lives of their parishioners?

With regard to the issue of keeping parishioners safe in church, Rob Morse just put out an excellent article on the subject (below):

Pastor, We Have to Talk About Our Family

A murderer walked into a Texas church. That was neither the first time, nor will it be the last time that evil men and women want to kill our brothers and sisters at church. Unfortunately, the leaders of our religious bodies are reluctant to face the issue of church security.

Train like your life depends on it.
