One of the big questions in the minds of a lot of our students is, "What about lunch?"

After the shooting proficiency test, initial applicants will be allowed about one hour for lunch.

Students who choose to bring a lunch, may take advantage of the tree shaded picnic tables, available at the range.  If it's too hot, too cold, too wet, or if there is another outdoor event scheduled for the picnic area, students are welcome to eat their lunch indoors.

Below, we have listed a few other alternatives.

Brietzke Station (6.3 miles - about 11 minutes) 9015 FM 775 @ FM 2538 New Berlin, TX 830-914-3288 Go West on Bexar Bowling to FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd). Turn LEFT onto FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd), 6.3 mi. Brietzke Station is ACROSS FM 775.		Lucille's (1.6 miles - about 3 minutes) IH10 East @ FM 2538 (with the Exxon) Go West on Bexar Bowling to FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd). Turn RIGHT onto FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd), 1.6 mi. Lucille's is on the LEFT, behind the Exxon Station, at the IH10 access road.
Potosi's Mexican Restaurant (6.5 miles - about 12 minutes) 8806 FM 775 New Berlin, TX 830-420-3130 Go West on Bexar Bowling to FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd). Turn LEFT onto FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd), 6.3 mi. Turn LEFT onto FM 775 .2 mi. Potosi’s Mexican Restaurant is on the LEFT, just past Luensmann’s.		Ranch House Cafe (6.6 miles - about 12 minutes) 13013 FM 1346 @ FM 1518 Saint Hedwig, TX 78152 210-667-2717 Go West on Bexar Bowling to FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd). Turn RIGHT onto FM 2538 (Trainer Hale Rd) 0.7 mi. Turn LEFT onto Abbott Rd. 2.1 mi. Turn LEFT onto FM 1518 3.4 mi. Ranch House Cafe is on the LEFT, behind the Valero Station, at FM 1346.
